You can do CA course along with your B.Com honours from Xavier's but you have to consider following points:
1. While taking admission in CA you have to write a letter to ICAI for the course i.e. B.Com you are doing from Xavier's.
2. In Xavier's College you can submit your registration letter which you will receive from ICAI in order to get some concession regarding attendance because for professional course there is some concession in the attendance.

Here is the eligibility criterion for B.Com Hons in Techno India University:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with any stream (Commerce / Science / Arts) from recognized board.
Candidates who have appearing / appeared in class 10+2 can also apply.

Hi,
The application process for B.Com is through offline mode, i.e., by filling up and submitting a form, and through an interview with the Vice Principal of the commerce section. The minimum eligibility for the course is that the students should have passed with minimum 45% of marks in HSC or its equivalent from a recognized board.

The M.Sc. Economics course is a bit different from the other Masters of Economics courses. It is an Integrated First Degree course in which you can take admission after 12th Standard and appearing for BITSAT Exam. The eligibility criteria for BITSAT is "Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and adequate proficiency in English. The course is open to students of all streams, and not just for those with a commerce background. Students from a non-commerce background at the Intermediate/Plus 2 level will have to appear for a qualifying test in basic Accounting, Mathematics, and Computer Literacy.
