To be eligible for MCA lateral entry course, you are generally required to have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc. ) with Mathematics as a subject at the undergraduate level. Since you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Computers, you may not be eligible for MCA lateral entry course as you do not have a relevant undergraduate degree. However, some universities may have different eligibility criteria, and it's best to check with the specific university where you wish to pursue the MCA course

There are very few colleges which provides this type of facility, but if you are able to find any college, which provide this course, so yes you can be able to leave the university in three year and you will be able to get your required job, and sometimes they require experience also for jobs, so you need to do some internships also.

Yes, you are almost eligible to become a TGT teacher as you have done B.Com and B.Ed but you also have to clear CTET (central teacher eligibility test ) to become a teacher. After clearing it, you can easily apply in schools for being a teacher.
