It totally depends on the college you're applying for. Naturally, private colleges will have a higher fee compared to government colleges. In Delhi University, the fee for B.Com (Hons) ranges from around 30000 in SRCC to 8000 in Satyawati College.

If you get an opportunity for Janki Devi, then go for it. Also there is one thing that I will share with you that students aspiring for most of the colleges in DU are good. All colleges have highly qualified teachers. Deshbandhu College has very good Placement and is also very good.

There is a list on the website of SRCC mentioning which subjects can be considered in best 4 without any deduction. Please have a look ATIT. If you're including any subject in the best 4 which is not in that list, there will be a deduction of 2.5%. Google 'best 4 calculation for srcc' or search on the website.

Hi
Both the courses will introduce you and teach you the subjects in detail. The eligibility criteria for admission to both the courses remains the same for most of the college universities. The only difference between these two is that in B.Com (Hons) you can specialize in a specific subject like accounting whereas in B.Com (P), you will get an overview of all the subjects taught in the B.Com (Hons) course.
