Yes, You can apply for the BCom (Hons) course at Chandigarh University Up, with 60% marks in class 12. The basic eligibility for the course is having a minimum of 50% marks in your 10+ 2 examinations in any stream from a recognised board or University. Since you have 60% you meet the eligibility criteria and can proceed with the application.
While the Chandigarh University common entrance test (CUCET) is not mandatory for this course, you can still choose to take the exam, if you are interested in securing a scholarship. The CUCET can offer you the chance to get financial aid based on your academic brilliance.

St. Xavier's University has not yet started the application process for BCom hons admissions 2025. As per an official document, the university is expected to begin the application process in May 2025. Moreover, the university has not yet published the last date to apply. However, the applications are expected to close in June 2025.

As per the latest placement report, the average package offered to BCom (H) students who participated in St. Xavier's University placement 2024 stood at INR 4.2 LPA. Other than this, earlier in 2023, the average package offered to BCom students stood at INR 4.2 LPA. Other than this, some of the recruiters who participated in the recent placement drive included Tresvista, Urban Company, Axis Bank, Pin Click, and Planet Spark.
