Yes, the admission process is the same for BCom and BCom (Hons) courses, in which firstly, candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university, then candidates are required to fill out the application form with paying the application fees.
After paying the application fees, candidates must submit the registration fees which will be adjusted in the course fee later. According to the candidates' scores in Class 12 or the entrance exam, the university will release a merit list of shortlisted candidates.
Lastly, shortlisted candidates can get their seats by paying the course fees' first instalm

No, Sarala Birla University (SBU) does not conduct any entrance exam to admit students to its BCom (Hons) programme. The university provides BCom admission to eligible applicants based on their merit in Class 12.
