Usually, integrated B.Com LLB is not available, BBA/BA are the most popular. CLAT colleges offer BA/BBA. B.Com LLB. You will have to search. Maybe UPSE Dehradun is giving, see CCSU GLC, ILS and Symbiosis University. What you can do is either do BBA LLB or do B.Com, and then 3 year LLB.

No, you can't pursue from distance education and it has no value. LLB Should be done regularly as you will get license to practice.

Hi, Lot of colleges offer B.Com LL.B. You have not mentioned the name of the college. Going by your tags - IFIM College do not offer Law Courses. I would Suggest if you are from a Commerce Background and interested in Law field - you can go for BBA LL.B. This one will give a great scope in the Corporate Law Sector. Later you can do LL. M. or MBA Law (Specialisation in any area on Law).

This is somethings that we do not have clarity on. In some sections of the internet and media, it claims that the UGC expert committee had agreed to allow students to opt for one regular and another distance or correspondence Bachelor's program in 2013. But there is other news that says in 2016 UGC did not allow students to take two Bachelor's programs. So I would suggest you contact your university or college and discuss your dilemma. If the college or university has no issue then you can pursue it without any problem.
