Bachelor of commerce is an under graduate program in business domain. So it is better to look for jobs in business field in which you are interested. There are so many branches under business you have choices to choose. Finance, Business analyst, Accounts and investment domain etc you can find good opportunities. There are so many openings for B.Com completed people who are looking for jobs and you can find them if you search in internet for jobs in different jobs providing websites.

You may choose diploma or a degree in management. If you are looking for PR, then easy way is to go for diploma as you can apply for PR after two years and then complete your degree. Check here.

If getting job is of primary concern for you then definitely you should prepare for Bank competition. And if job is not of very high concern then you should go for higher studies like MBA or M.Com.
