Dear Rahul,
See now a days it's very tough to get job after B.com unless you have done it from SRCC or so. so it is advisable to choose further studies.now question is what in further studies?
MBA- Considering your time constraint it is best for you.prepare for coming IIFT/CAT/XAT/SNAP so after completing you get placed in good company with good package.
