Manoj you can do M.Com preferably, and then if you find it neccesary for your career, do MBA in Finance & Banking.

see if u want to achieve Masters then MBA is best, then after MBA u hv many good opportunities.

SIES, Mumbai are some of the best colleges amongst many. the course duration around 2 years incuding project work. but you have get admission through the best scores in CAT/MAT. so, therefore get best scores. and accordingly try to join for your better future.

You can do PG, M.Com .also you can go for Mba Finance as you have good Knowledge of it through B.Com
