With your basic knowledge of commerce, if you learn computer application chances of your success in IT industry are high. Therefore MCA after B Com is a good option. All most all universities offer MCA degree. You can choose university based on location, faculty, facilities and placement record.

Hi Dheeraj,
Can you specify which field are you looking for job? Also, do you have any other certification apart from B.Com? Also, if you narrow it down to the country of your preference and then apply to job portals with the relevance of your degree, it might help.
Any foreign country who is looking to absorb manpower looks for skilled labor, semi-skilled and then for the non-skilled ones different categories are there.
