M.Com is also a good course for a candidate who is preparing for recruitment exams in related public sector departments. M.Com is also a good course for candidates who wish to take up teaching after post-graduation. Many M.Com graduates also take up B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) after completing postgraduate studies.

Both decisions are okay. If you want to join MBA, better do a job for couple of years, understand the dynamics of Industry, then continue your MBA to enrich your career. Experienced people participate in class discussions better, do case analysis more effectively. Hi. There would not be a problem in joining psychology as a postgraduate subject. No need to do graduation in this subject. You can take up admission in M.A. Psychology with B.Com degree. Many universities offer this course as a post-graduation subject.
