Yes, you can go with B.Com course because it gives you a fresh start for learning the subject that you not study earlier. Dear Swastik, I will suggest you to follow the PSC job adverts along with other ads from railways, banks etc. The government jobs more specifically request application from graduates (any) unless there are any specific technical requirements. As an example, you can find job adverts on police, railways, nationalized banks etc. Hope this was of help
