Closing cutoff for general category for B.Com. (finance) is 95.25 % to 96.25 % .
There are numerous factors that affects the cutoff of Santana Dharma College. Some of them are :-

No, you can't change your course now. St. Xavier's neither gives the option to take up more than one course nor changing from one course to another once you are enrolled in that particular course. You can do additional courses but you can't apply for another degree course. However, if you want to change your college after 1st year you can do that but not in between the year.
