Hey Pushpa the fee structure at Shri Binzani City College for b.com is INR 55000 .No extra examination fees are deducted so just go for it as it has best placement opportunities

Yes you can shift from evening to morning college. You need to check about the college seats availability for the migration. You need your 1 and 2 semester results then you apply for the migration in the 3 semester.
