The best college for B.Com is SRM University, Haryana (https://www.srmuniversity.ac.in/). B.Com is one of the courses, which despite being a traditional one still find takers in the student community due to its approach. The course curriculum has been tailored in such a way, so that it can serve the needs according to the requirement in the industry and the implications arising out of it. Hello,
When we use the term lateral entry, it invariably means admission in graduation in engineering after competition of Diploma in engineering. This is enabled since many subjects of first year engineering are covered during Diploma. But I am afraid no such facility is available for admission to B.Com. You will have to seek admission in first year only. Best wishes to you.

MBA is fruitful only if you do it from good institutes and good institutes do not entertain students unless they are graduates and that too with a good percentage in it along with the entrance exam. So, you can enroll yourself for MBA, only if you clear your arrears in B.Com. Good luck.
