The eligibility for B.Com (Hons.) is:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017
Or
In case marks scored in 10+2 are 70% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

Yes, you may. Different colleges under DU have different cut-off lists which have not been announced yet. For an idea, you can check previous year's cut-offs and merit lists. If you study two undergraduate programmes at one time , you will have to share your your energy , time and resources at two places simultaneously.
Also, two pursue two degrees at a time whether by way of regular or correspondence mode is not allowed and valid.
