It doesn't matter whether you do B.Com general or B.Com honors. For employers it doesn't matter whether you have done a graduation with honors or a general degree. Neither is it going to give you special advantage in higher education nor in government or private jobs. You should rather choose DU considering its reputation.

It is possible if your B.Com had mathematics as a subject otherwise no. If you want to do distance MCA then there are few institutes admitting students without mathematics in MCA course such as IGNOU.

In general, you have to score minimum 60% in honours papers to get B.Com with honours certificate. If you score less than 60% in honours papers, you will only get B.Com pass certificate.
