I guess the percentage is quite fine. This might be sufficient enough to get you into some college under Delhi University.So, you can go for the colleges under DU and you might get into one of them.

The only option to take admission in B.Com is through correspondence, as the minimum percentage on which the private colleges take admission is 50%.

With such low percentage you might not be able to get admission in good colleges, but you can try doing MBA or M.Com from private colleges.

If you do not wish to go for a course which includes accountancy, then you can probably go for courses like, fashion designing, animation, mass communication, journalism, event management, advertising, travel and tourism and much more.

Yes, you will get admission for the course you desire but you will not be getting the top 100 colleges as these colleges have their criteria that candidate must have a minimum of 50% in graduation.
