Most of the people do it simultaneously, thereby saving precious 3 years.
The strain might be a bit high in doing both together.

There are no entrance exams as such for B.Com. But for MBA there are a lot of entrance exams like CAT, MHT-CET, ATMA, MAT, IIFT ,XAT, NMAT, GMAT, IBSAT, etc. Other institutes have their personal entrance exams for admission into MBA programs eg. Amity University, IBSAT of ICFAI Business School.
