The prominent difference in between both the pathways i.e doing LLB directly, or LLB after BCom, can be in the duration of completing the courses. While B.Com LLB is an integrated degree which combines both the degrees into one which can be completed in 5 years, and pursuing them seperately can take approximately 6 years.

For a BCom course at CGC Landran (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), pretty much admission is on the grounds of merit. Direct admissions do not usually happen, save for special cases, like management quota admissions or special considerations. For the majority of students, admission is purely on the basis of merit against the 10+2 marks, and selection takes place according to the merit list prepared by the college.
