Rajasthan University of Rajasthan offers BCom as a 3 to 4 years UG level programme on the basis of merit. Candidates seeking regular admissions must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in Class 12. Candidates seeking admission to a SFS (Self Financing Seat) in the BCom programme must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12. As per the fee structure, the total tuition fee to pursue BCom ranges from INR 6,600 to INR 2.3 lakh.

SRM IST Vadapalani offers three specialisations under the BCom programme in 2025: BCom General, BCom in Accounting & Finance, BCom Computer Applications, BCom in Finance and Taxation, BCom (Hons) in International Accounting & Finance. Each is a full time three year course spread across six semesters. Curriculum for each course varies as per the specialisation.

No, admission to BCom programme at SRM IST Vadapalani is purely based on merit. Candidates are selected on the basis of their Class 12 marks and there is no requirement to appear for any entrance exam. Candidates are advised to aim for high marks in Class 12 for admission to good colleges.

To apply for BCom programme at SRM IST Vadapalani in 2025, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks. While students from any stream can apply, preference is given to those who studied Commerce, Business Studies, Accountancy, or Mathematics in Class 12.
