ASM IMCOST BCom course is offered in full-time mode lasting for three years. Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) is spread across six semesters and covers essential subjects such as accounting, finance, economics, business law, and management. Each semester of the BCom course includes seven to eight subjects. Additionally, ASM IMCOST provides three specialisations in BCom course, BCom in Accounting and Finance, BCom in Baking and Insurance and BCom in Financial Market. AMS IMCOST continuously achieves an enviable and outstanding placement for summer project work for all our courses in companies ranging from SMEs to NGOs to MNCs and entrepreneurial firms. The summer placement provides a platform for the students to practice the concepts learnt in the classroom. This also help the students to get PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on merit. However, the particular tenure for intersnhsip is not mentioned in BCom curriculum at ASM Institute of Management and Computer Studies. Although, university does provide internship to BCom and other course students but the timings are not specified.

ASM Institute of Management and Computer Studies follows the rules and regulations according to the University of Mumbai, as the college is affiliated with this university. To secure a seat in the BCom programme, candidates, candidates must qualify for the BCom eligibility criteria which is they must complete Class 12 from the commerce stream with at least an aggregate of 50%. Candidates are required to upload and verify several documents for admission to DPharm course at ASM Institute of Management and Computer Studies. Additionally, at any stage during the studies if it is found that information and documents submitted by the students are forged, false or misleading, such an act will result in cancellation of admission and their expulsion from the college.
