To gain admission for B.Com (Hons) in Pune University or Mumbai University you usually do not need to take an entrance exam. At Pune University admission is primarily based on merit from the class 12 examination and candidates must have completed their 12th grade from a recognised board. For certain programs, there may be an online entrance examination called SPPU OEE, but this is not universally required for all B.Com admissions. Similarly, Mumbai University follows a merit-based admission process for B.Com courses with no mandatory entrance exam for most colleges under its jurisdiction.

To get into the BCom programme at Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), a candidate should have passed Class 12 with an aggregate of at least 60% from any recognised board. The admissions are strictly based on merit. The total fee for the BCom programme is between INR 1.83 Lacs and INR 3.4 lakh. Prospective students are advised to confirm their eligibility for the course before seeking admission. It must be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the official website.
