The basic difference between central and state scholarships is central scholarships are funded by central government and state scholarships are funded by state government. So, central and state scholarships are not offered by SCAC (Symbiosis College Of Arts & Commerce) Pune. This college only helps students to get these scholarships. Actually, there is a special department for scholarships assistance. This college is in pune, so state scholarships of Maharashtra is applicable here.
