The BCom curriculum followed at JJTU University is based on the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) scheme. The subjects included in the first semester of the BCom are mentioned below: 

• Accountancy & Business Statistics   (Paper –I)
• Accountancy & Business Statistics (Paper –II)
• Business Administration (Paper –I)
• Business Administration (Paper –II)
• Economic Administration & Financial Management   (Paper –I)
• Economic Administration & Financial Management (Paper –II)

A set of certain documents must be submitted by students who have been shortlisted for admission to JJTU University's BCom programme at the time of enrolling. In order to be admitted, the following general documents must be submitted:

• Passport-size colour photo 

• Certificate and mark sheet for Class 10

• Certificate and mark sheet of Class 12

• Original Character Certificate

• Original Migration Certificate

• Photocopy of the Domicile/Bonafide/State subject

• Photocopy of Category Certificate

• Photocopy of Income Certificate (if applicable)

• Photocopy of Adhar Card

Candidates who meet the predetermined eligibility requirements are admitted to JJTU University for the BCom programme. Candidates must have finished their senior secondary education (Class 12) from any recognised board in order to be eligible for BCom admission. Candidates must also complete the Class 12 exam or its equivalent in the Commerce stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Eligible students get offer letters from the university for admission. The shortlisted candidates must pay the required BCom fees to secure their admission.

The last date to apply for BCom admission at JJTU University varies each year depending upon the number of seats vacant. The university has not stated any particular deadline. Students ideally must apply shortly after their Class 12 results so that all the deadlines get covered. This is because the Class 12 merit of applicants is considered while shortlisting them for admission.

BCom admissions at JJTU University are merit-based. The university shortlists applicants for BCom admission based on their merit in the last qualified exam, subject to the fulfilment of the preset eligibility criteria. They must also meet the basic eligibility criteria specified by the university and present the relevant documents supporting their eligibility. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have scored at least 50% in Class 12 in the Commerce stream.
