Yes, you can if you are regular student. In general, a student can pass a year with a maximum of 4 supplementary exams. Lets say someone has failed two exams in the first semester and three exams in the second semester, and he could not clear the first semester supplementary exam, he will have to repeat the year and would not be able to attend Third Semester. Same next year.

There are different cutoffs that get out of Bachelor of Commerce course at Sir Parashurambhau College for general it would be around 95-98% according to the cutoff of 2022.
Other categories depend on the enteries but for other categories it varies from 78-85% according to merit cutoff of 2022.

The General Category cutoff for the B.com programme at MSU Baroda is around 4719 rankings.
2914 ranks for Backward Category
16546 ranks for the SC/ ST category
And this college offers some excellent internship opportunities, so just go for it.

There is no such cut off criteria for B.Com in Chandigarh colleges you can apply with your 10th and 12th marksheet and get admission for your undergraduation!

Hey Chanchal the course is not offered by Master Tara Singh Memorial College For Women . The college only offers BA and BCA at the undergraduate level.

NOU admission will be finalized based on an eligibility test. NOU will release the application form soon on the official website. Applicants can fill out the application form online and offline. The application can be submitted for all courses provided by Nalanda Open University. Document required with the admission form includes attested Photocopy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination, attested Certificate of matriculation for proof of age, attested Caste Certificate issued by DM/DC/SDO or any other person.
