It is possible to complete your graduation now, but it depends on the policies and regulations of the university where you completed your 1st year B.Com degree. You would need to check with the university to SEE if they have any time limits for completing the degree or if they have any specific rules regarding re-enrolling after a certain amount of time has passed. In addition, you would need to meet the current requirements for the degree programme, which may have changed since you last attended. It is best to contact the university directly to discuss your specific situation and options for completing your degree.

Failing in four subjects in B.Com 1st year is a serious setback, and it can have an impact on your academic progress. However, whether you can save your entire year or not depends on the rules and regulations of your university. You can check with your university or college if they allow you to clear the failed subjects along with the regular subjects of the 2nd year. Some universities may allow you to appear for the failed subjects in supplementary exams. There is no upper age limit set for doing B.Tech in engineering colleges as such but the older you are, the more difficult it gets. The reason being firstly you have to have a good reason for the gap years between the class 12 and your B.Tech unless doing some other degree or Diploma course. Secondly your peers would be younger than you and thus can be given more priority over you for placement. So think accordingly.

I do not have access to specific information about universities, and I am not authorized to intervene in academic matters. My suggestion would be to try and speak to someone from the university or college administration, such as a department head, registrar or controller of examinations, to see if there is any way to resolve the issue. They may be able to provide you with more specific information about your case and advise you on your options. Additionally, you may also want to consult with a legal professional or education consultant for further guidance.
