Hello!
Yes, you can study MA Philosophy courses because you have already completed your undergraduate degree and you qualify the minimum eligibility criteria of CUET PG for M.A Philosophy, which requires a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
Since you are eligible for the CUET PG exam, most colleges accepting CUET PG scores will allow you to pursue MA Philosophy in their institutes.

SRCC BCom admission is through CUET UG. Students have to register for CUET followed by CSAS conducted by DU. After the CUET results are out, DU CSAS starts its counselling and cutoffs are released in several rounds. Students who picked SRCC in the preference list may freeze the seat if offered. Selected students have to report at the college within the given time and pay the admission fees.
