Date is not mentioned but most probably it starts in month of feburary, and there rae many colleges where you can take admission, like du colleges, private colleges etc.

Yes, you can do CA with B.Com as CA is a open course you just to fill the forms and have to study for exam and your study of CA will help you in clearing your B.Com. It's a good choice. Then you just have to go to the given centre for giving exam. And both of your things will be done.

Yes, admission for B.Com course is open right now, you can apply online, it's going to remain open till July, so you can apply later on also. For more information ask questions in Shiksha.

We can't give the accurate date but most probably, the admission will be closed in the july month, so it was suggested to you to take admission before it.

Admission of B.Com was already started, it start in the month of feburary mostly and end in the month in july, so you can apply for it right now.

First of all Maths is not compulsory for pursuing B.Com course in DU. It is compulsory for B.Com (Hons) not for B.Com. There are many colleges which provide the course of B.Com in DU. I am mentioning the name of some colleges below-
North campus:-
1. Daulat Ram College
2. Ramjas College
3. Kirori Mal college
South campus:-
1. Shahid Bhagat Singh College
2. GDV college
3. Gargi college
4. Venkateshwara college, and many more.
