Yes, you can apply for B.Com even though you haven't taken Maths in your HSC, you can peruse B.Com without any issue.

Eligibility for the BNYS programme is 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised Board. The Badruka College of Commerce and Arts provides different special B.Com courses. The General Bachelors in Commerce costs around INR 32,000 which is a 3 year course provided by the college and can be joined by appearing and actually passing the entrance exam held by the college.

Yes, you can easily do your MBA in Political Science after the B.Com degree programme from a reputed institution. Delhi University also provides M.A. In Political Science and the basic eligibility for this course is Bachelor's degree done with at least 60% marks in aggregate. You are required to appear for the M.A. Entrance test conducted by DU with the collaboration of the University Grants Commission.
