Lovely Professional University
Lady Irwin College
Jaipur National University

If you are from general category with 95.12 percentile there is likely a chance to get into top colleges of Delhi University. Most probably in 2-3 cutoff list. Incase you are from reserved category you will get admission in 1st cut-off.

Yes, you can do B.Com after completing your +2 with any stream, as per your 12th marks is concerned it doesn't matter. Because you need to give CUCET exam and the admission will be based on your CUET score.

Fee Structure for Bachelors of commerce varies from University to university & college to college. Sometimes city to city also. If you are doing it from government college it will cost around 5-15k for one year. In private colleges it can cost upto 3-4 lacks depending upon college & city. In Delhi University for the most of colleges it cost around 15k.

No it is not possible to do Diploma in music after B.Com because Canada laws do not accept B.Com as a full fledged graduation course you have to complete MBA before any of the courses or Diploma.
