Hi Aditi, Percentage depends upon the college you're looking for and it's not mandatory to have Maths as a compulsory subject to apply for B.Com. Hons. Cut off of government colleges usually go higher if you're a general category student.

Yes you can apply to St Xavier, Kolkata for B.Com ( hons. ) with your marks. There is admission on the basis of 12th marks ( you are eligible) but you will need to give an interview for the admission procedure.

Well as you are a B.Com graduate you can very well go for Masters in psychology, being from this field people generally go for MBA but if you have an interest in psychology its really good. Now a days we are having an interesting field in psychology coming up which very well relates Business field with psychology and that is Industrial/Organisational Psychology. You can apply in MADRAS UNIVERSITY by going toh there university website and checking the admission section.
