You can surely do CA because it doesn't necessarily require to have commerce background. But it is relatively easy for commerce students to understand. to get admission in Bcom you will get admission on merit based.

You have completed IPCC which is a hard part to clear, if you wish to do good in India or canada than will recommend to complete CA. However if you feel interested in doing other thing than you should definitely go for interest.

This is one of the biggest concern of CA students. Many colleges for B.Com provide a low attendance facility to students doing professional simultaneously. But if college is not allowing than you should focus on the main goal and try changing college in next year.

B.Com (Hons) require attendance. And it's not necessary to go for no attendance college while doing CA. Regular college helps to grow your personality and makes you explore outside the books. So, it is better to have some hangouts too especially when you are doing something which requires you to study for 10-12 hours a day.

Please mention the name of college or university in which you want take addmission because fees structure differ from college to college or among universities. Although, fees structure for Bcom in government university like Du is low then other private university. For Bcom around 30k-40k course fees is in government university like DU.
