6 am -8 pm is the general timing of Gyanshamdas saraf college, but you can have classes in between this timing for your course.

You can get admission with this percentage in B.Com honors, but it's difficult to get admission in a good government college, you can easily get admission in any of the private college, but you need Maths as your subject to get admission in B.Com hon. For more contact Shiksha.

B.Ed degree is of two years. The average Fees of B.Ed course is in between 6k to 1 LPA. You can easily apply for the B.Ed course of your daughter had cleared B.Com. Different colleges have different fee structures for their B.Ed course.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Com because it only requiers you to passed 12th standard in any stream but some top ranked university have cut-off percentage. You need to have scored more or equal to the cutoff percentage.
