Every BDes course offered by NIFT is good. Bachelor of Design programs are offered in various specializations and you cannot compare one to another as their industries completely differ. For example, you cannot compare Fashion Design with Interior Design specialization.
However, some of the popular BDes programs students at NIFT opt for include BDes in Fashion Design, BDes in Textile Design, BDes in Accessory Design, BDes in Communication Design, BDes in Interior Design, etc.

The difficulty of BDes programs is based on their specializations. While BDes in Fashion Design, Glass and Ceramic Design, Furniture Design, Footwear Design, etc., specializations cover subjects that are more on the creative side.
However, if you go for specializations like BDes in Web Design, Automotive Design, Graphic Design, etc., you'll have to study more technical subjects, which may be slightly difficult. BDes programs are generally not difficult but the specialisation you choose decides the subjects you'll get to study.
