The scholarship programmes vary from institute to institute. Every college has its own protocols regarding their scholarship program. It can be merit-based, income-based or both. It is thus, not feasible to suggest the highest scholarship because neither the college nor specialisation is mentioned. Yes, Sharda University has a good placement record for B.Des students. In the 2023 placement drive, the highest package offered was INR 40 LPA and more than 600 recruiters participated.The average placement package for B.Des students is INR 4.5 lacs per annum and the highest package is INR 6 lacs per annum.

The National Institute of Design, Andhra Pradesh (NID AP) established in September 2015, is the second autonomous multi-disciplinary design institute, under the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
