The total tuition fee for the BDes course at UID Ahmedabad ranges from INR 24 lakh to INR 40 lakh. This is just the tuition fee. Candidates are also charged for hostel, one-time payments and other fees.

UID Ahmedabad offers a four-year BDes programme with nine specializations, including BDes (Hons) and BDes (Global Design Programme). Admission is through UID DAT, a two-tier process involving the entrance exam, Situation Test, and Portfolio evaluation. Passed Class 12 or a three-year Diploma with a minimum 50% aggregate are eligible. Admission to the BDes programme at UID Ahmedabad is based on an entrance exam called UID DAT (Design Aptitude Test) and includes a two-tier selection process, which consists of qualifying for the UID DAT entrance exam and participating in the Situation Test and Portfolio evaluation round.

A four-year undergraduate program called the Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design (BDes) teaches students how to create clothing and accessories. At the 10+2 level, students must receive a minimum of 50% in the general category and 55% in the SC/SC/OBC category. The required score, however, may differ according on the college.

BDes stands for Bachelor of Design. It is an undergraduate course offered by MIT Institute of Design with a three years duration. Its a famous course in the field of designing. The institution offers eleven specialisation i.e. Graphic, Product, Transportation Design, etc. To get into the BDes programme canidate should be eligible for the programme and must passed the two phase admission procedure round: MIT DAT, personal interview and studio test.

Maharashtra Institute of Technology Institute of Design offers three years BDes programme across eleven specialisation. BDes is the flagship course of the Institution. Candidates are required to appear in the MIT DAT (Design Aptitude Test) to get into BDes programme. A valid score in MIT DAT followed by personal interview and studio test. As there is no facility for direct admission to the Institute, so candidates wont't be able to get into MIT ID without MIT DAT.

MIT Institute of Design is a private institution which started operating in 2006. Over the last decades, MIT ID established a healthy relationship with national and global organizations  who regularly offer internships, sponsored projects and placement opportunities for the students. To apply for BDes in MIT Institute of Design candidates are required to appear in the Institute based entrance exam MIT DAT (MIT Design Aptitude Test). Intially candidates are required to fill the online apllication form for MIT DAT and upload all the required documents. Candidates will receive the admit card online. After the exam candiates will be summoned for the personal interview followed by studio test.
