The Rajasthan ILD Skills University offers 30 seats for the Bachelor of Designs program. The program is affiliated with the University of Rajasthan and aims to integrate vocational training with mainstream education, using the National Skills Qualification Framework and strong industry linkages. Also, The candidate should pass 10+2 from a recognized board of education. The institute offers a fashion design programme with various specializations. Gurukul School of Design has a different approach towards placements. The institute provides an opportunity to every student to work in the Raghavendra Rathore company. All students get the brand name of Raghavedra Rathore company for 1 year post completion of the graduation. No recruiters are mentioned other than the Raghavendra Rathore company. This institute does not follow a conventional way of placing students like other institutes.

There is only one entrance exam that is conducted by Gurukul School of Design itself for admission to B.Des. The score of this entrance exam is only considered as one of the parameters for admission to B.Des at the institute.
