Very limited data is currently available for ITM-IDM Mumbai BDes placements. According to the report, ITM-IDM Mumbai BDes average package stood at INR 4 LPA - INR 4.5 LPA. Around 30 recuriters participated in the placements for BDes students with 60 students receiving placements.

Yes, candidates can be refunded the admission fees paid for BDes course at ITM-IDM Mumbai, if they cancel their admission. The institute states that it follows the norms of UGC when offering this refund.
UGC norms provide a percentage of the fees in refund where the percentage is based on how early the admission was cancelled.

ITM-IDM Mumbai BDes fees is INR 19.6 Lacs for the academic year 2026. Candidates will be charged this fees on yearly basis. However, it is unclear whether the four yearly installments are equal or unequal. For more details, candidates are requested to reach out to admission desk.

Aspirants must pass Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognised board from any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science) to apply for BDes programme at ITM Institute of Design and Media. Candidates must have documents to prove their eligibility for verification.

The total seats in BDes course is 200 at ITM Institute of Design and Media. The intake in each BDes specialisation is 40. Aspirants have to pass the entrance test conducted by the institute followed by a PI round to get a seat in the BDes course.

ITM-IDM Mumbai BDes curriculum requires candidates to pursue one internship throughout the duration of their course. BDes curriculum provides a break between the 2nd and 3rd year to pursue an internship to the students.
The evaluation for this internship will be done at the end of the fifth semester.
