LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue their choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU.
LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :-
The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance, if a student is applying for a Bachelors degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. LPU conducts Lovely professional University national entrance and scholarship test, LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT CMAT, NMAT, GPAT and GATE etc. Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities.

From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable. The fees structure depends upon the scholarship applicable, as the scholarship amount is reduced from the fee of every semester.

Dear Ashish, Being alumni of LPU. I would like to share the eligibility criteria for the computer Science programme at LPU. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to qualify for the either LPU NEST exam or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. The fee of programme at LPU for this programme is 1,20,000 rupees per semester. However, you may get a scholarship as well. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 LPA. PEP Classes- LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Industry Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors.
