The total tuition fee for BE ranges between INR 10 lakh and INR 15 lakh as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

To get a seat in an IIT, you will have sit for JEE exams and secure a good rank. The cutoff is 90+ for general category, 75+ for EWS category and 51+ for SC category. The fees can vary from college to college.
