MIT Peace University is offering many courses for prospective students. It's a deemed to be university and I am afraid you will not be able to work while you attend the college. The admissions in IIMs are based on percentile obtained in Common Admission test (A Management Entrance Test). The academic performance, Group discussion, Personal Interview, Work experience and Extra curricular activities are the other parameters considered in selection of the candidates. For admission point of view you have to obtain at lest 98 percentile in CAT exam. While the minimum cutoff is above 80 percentile. In academic performance, the marks are given according to the percentage obtained in class 10th, class 12th and in graduation. Hence, you are not getting the full marks for your academic performance.

No, GATE Score is a mandatory requirement for M.Tech courses at SVNIT. So, you can not get admission here without GATE score.
