Firstly, improve your high school grades. Marks might not reflect your intelligence level but it surely speaks volumes about the efforts you have put in. So do well, in your board exams. Secondly, try to obtain a very good score in the SAT which is the standard test used in order to screen candidates for undergraduate admissions in universities based in the USA. Since your native language is not English, you will also have to appear for TOEFL. Generally, a minimum TOEFL score of 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL or 550 on the paper exam is accepted. Make sure that you have at-least two letters of recommendation endorsing your knowledge and skills with you. It will be nice if the letter came from someone who taught you, or someone from the administration. Write a good statement of purpose indicating why you are interested in taking up that particular course or joining that particular college and what are your expectations from it. Talk a little bit about your dreams and aspirations. Truth be told, its difficult to get into any Ivy league university, but definitely not impossible. Don't set your hopes on any one college/ university though. Apply to different universities for increased chances of selection.
