Applicants applying for B.E. / B.Tech programs at KJ College of Engineering & Management Research have to produce certain documents. These are the 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and passing certificates, MHT-CET or JEE Main score cards, date of birth certificate, caste certificate if any, domicile certificate etc. As well as, a medical fitness certificate and an affidavit, which opposes ragging, should be provided by candidates. The college also demands 4-6 passport size photographs and xerox copies of all the above documents. To join the KJ College of Engineering & Management Research for B.E./B.Tech a candidate must have passed 12th standard examination and should have minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They should also have to write the MHT CET or JEE Main entrance examination. B.E./B.Tech admissions Total intake is 480 students of which 30% are management quota seats. Some of the colleges and universities have online application processing forms on their website and there is others that are physical means which make the candidates to visit the college physically and access the forms. The admission process usually begins in May-June

Based on the admission control norms in existence at the KJ College of Engineering & Management Research for admission to the B.E./B.Tech course is carried out with respect to the candidate's performance on the MHT-CET or the JEE Main. Passing one of these examinations is compulsory for the admission of any candidate. For this purpose, the college also takes into account the 12th standard marks of the candidate with minimum 50% marks in PCM taken together. The final list of students is drawn according to merit which is calculated as follows the entrance exam carry 70% weightage and 12th standard 30%.

The fees for B.E./B Tech courses in KJ College of Engineering & Management Research have different fee structure based on the quota and category. For the academic year 2024-2025 B.E./B.Tech First year Tuition fees for Maharashtra State candidates are INR 1,23,000/- per annum and for Outside Maharashtra State candidates are INR 2,41,000/- per annum. About development fees: INR 10000/annually, about examination fees: INR 5000/annually. The total fee payable for four years B.E./B.Tech courses would be Rs. 59,200/- for Maharashtra State candidates and Rs. 60,840/- for outside Maharashtra State candidates.

Eligibility: minimum of 60% marks in MPC in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination for admission into B.Tech programmes 2025.
Applicants seeking admission to UG course must have completed 10+2 from a recognised board of education. Candidate must possess an undergraduate degree from a recognised university to register for the master degree courses.
For B.Tech programs, candidates must appear for the TNEA counselling.
For Master degree programs, the college requires candidates to appear for the TANCET and GATE examination.
