It is possible to take direct admission into Velammal Engineering College to join the B.E./ B.Tech programme without TNEA. However, entry through the management quota comes with its own administrative form. You would have to fulfil the requirements that the college lays down for students under the management quota The fee structure for the seats under management quota is also slightly steeper and vary in a range of Rs 2.5 Lacs to Rs 3 Lacs per annum.

The B.E. / B.Tech fee at Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering (MMCOE), Pune, usually varies between INR 1,00,000- INR 1,50,000 for a year. Examination charges, hostel charges, and such other facilities might be applicable, however. Eligibility for concession would be in respect of scholarships or fee concession accorded to students belonging to reserved categories according to government norms. For the most recent and updated fee structures, it is best to visit the MMCOE official website or contact the admission office of the college directly because fees always tend to change each year.
