Hello,The National Eligibility Test conducts the UGC NET Exam twice a year. As you know this exam is organized to select the deserving candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for awarding Junior Research Fellowship. An aspirant must have pursued post-graduation to apply for UGC NET. So, if you are looking for appearing in this exam, it's essential to have a master's degree. Hi. Yes, you are eligible for IGNOU B.Ed course. The eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed Admission is mentioned below:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree or Master degrees with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, minimum two years teaching experience

In accordance with NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible.
