B.Ed Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission 2017 are listed below:
Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) or Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com) from a recognized university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation.
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in B.Ed in the same university but not in the same year. After the completion of your Masters, you can apply for B.Ed. At a time, you cannot apply for two different courses either in the same university or different universities.

Bachelor degree is enough for pursuing B.Ed. So, you're eligible for B.ed. You can enroll the subject regarding your Bachelors degree.

Minimum 50% is essential for all government and private B.Ed colleges. This % is not applicable for Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes and specially abled students. For them, the minimum % is 45%.

There is no any entrance exam for B.Ed regular or correspondence in MDU. They give admission on merit basis through online. Minimum 50% in either graduation or Masters is the only criterion.

No, it is not possible for you to appear in any TET without B.Ed or any other diploma. Either one or both of them are compulsory for TET.

Eligibility
Graduation and a bachelors degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
