You can take part in counseling for B.Ed colleges in your state or some colleges give direct admissions too. But for govt colleges you must be a part in counseling and the college will be decided on your degree marks.

You can become teacher through Bachelor's only but MA becomes the first priority for some institutions, so go according to it. But, B.Ed is necessary.
