Hello,
It not possible for you to do BA Hindi honors after completing MA in Sanskrit, as I guess you age is above 21 years which is age limit at the time of form filling.

Yes, you are eligible you just need 50 to 55 percentage while passing the class 12th, and then you are eligible to apply for B.Ed.

Considering the Total intake of 11 Students in B.Ed Commerce - waiting list of 23 has a very bleak chance of getting through. Unless others opt out. There are four centres of AMU as mentioned below.
AMU, Aligarh
AMU Center, Malappuram
AMU Center, Murshidabad
AMU Center, Kishanganj
