Yes, you can. You need to have a minimum of 50% in UG to be eligible for admission here. You'll have to take leave for exams only, rest you can continue your service easily.

You have not mentioned the state you are in. The Months May / June / July are the months admissions are on. In some colleges it continues till End August. So, Start looking for the colleges in your area or the state you are interested in to study. Check their websites for the last dates.
