You get license for rehabilitation Council in India. M.Phil clinical psychology is hospital based 2 year training programme. After completion of this course, you receive license from RCI.

Yes, you can do bed after BCA , but if you are interested in teaching field, then you can also do that by getting Masters in Computer Application (MCA). Only BCA and B.Ed is not appropriate to pursue your career in education.
