Yes, you can apply for B.Ed after class 12th. If you are interested in going for the teaching field, you need to give common entrance test by NCERT to get admission for B.Ed after class 12th.

Hi,
Although, for SC/ST candidates this marks is decreased to above 45%. For B.Ed course. Eligibility: You must complete Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Your aggregate in Graduation must not be less than 50% marks. Hope this helps you.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. Once you complete the postgraduation in Chemical Sciences, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam through which candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates are also awarded with Junior Research Fellowship through this exam.

BBA in Finance is the Basic foundation subject that you'll study in your MBA, but in B.Sc, you'll learn about science subjects. Whereas, in BBA you'll not study science subjects that's the only difference. Both can land you up in doing MBA.
