Although, for SC/ST candidates this marks is decreased to above 45%. For B.Ed course. Eligibility: You must complete Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Your aggregate in Graduation must not be less than 50% marks. Hope this helps you.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. Once you complete the postgraduation in Chemical Sciences, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam through which candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor.
