Yes, you can do that. It was not valid one year ago, but last year in July, University Grants Commission (UGC) approved that a student can pursue two degrees at the same time, but not as a regular student. The rule says "One degree as a regular student and another degree through open/distance learning. Thank you.

You will be required to get at least 60% marks in class 12th, then you will be able to get admission. MDU Rohtak is good for B.Ed courses you can also get hostel facilities in MDU. Well very few seats are of in the campus. Otherwise, there are many affiliated colleges across the states which help you acquire the degree. Thank you.

Hi,
Currently, there are no universities offering B.Ed in commerce, you have to do it with arts or science. Even there are some universities that don't allow a commerce graduate to take admission in B.Ed.

Hello Sarvesh, Normally speaking graduation in the subject is a must for pursuing PG in that subject. However there are some exceptions. IGNOU allows any graduate to pursue M.A. In psychology. You may download brochure cum application form for the course from their website. http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soss/programmes/detail/405/2
Best wishes to you.
