You will be required to get at least 60% marks in class 12th, then you will be able to get admission. MDU Rohtak is good for B.Ed courses you can also get hostel facilities in MDU. Admit card of class 10th is not required for admission to B.Ed but the certificate is compulsory, so is class 12th certificate.

Currently, there are no universities offering B.Ed in commerce, you have to do it with arts or science. Even there are some universities that don't allow a commerce graduate to take admission in B.Ed.
